1. About afrolibsi
afrolibsi.com ("afrolibsi", "we", "us") is a pan-African clothing marketplace connecting African sellers and makers with diaspora buyers worldwide. Habesha Threads is our Ethiopian line. This website provides information about afrolibsi and lets prospective sellers apply to join, and visitors contact us.
2. Using this site
By using this site you agree to these terms. You agree not to:
- submit false or misleading information;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site or its forms.
3. Seller applications
- Applying is free. Submitting an application does not create any obligation on either side.
- All information you provide must be truthful and accurate.
- We review applications selectively and accept a limited number of sellers. We may decline an application without giving a reason.
- By applying, you agree that we may contact you about your application using the phone number (including WhatsApp) and email you provide.
- If you are accepted, selling on afrolibsi will be governed by a separate seller agreement.
4. No transactions on this site
This site does not currently process purchases, sales, or payments. Any future transactions between afrolibsi, sellers, and buyers will be handled under their own terms.
5. Intellectual property
The afrolibsi name, logo, design, and the content of this site belong to afrolibsi. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
6. Disclaimer
This site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site's availability or accuracy and are not liable for damages arising from its use.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

የአጠቃቀም ውል
1. ስለ afrolibsi
afrolibsi.com ("afrolibsi"፣ "እኛ") አፍሪካውያን ሻጮችንና ሰሪዎችን በዓለም ዙሪያ ካሉ የዲያስፖራ ገዢዎች ጋር የሚያገናኝ የመላው አፍሪካ የልብስ ገበያ ነው። ሀበሻ ትሬድስ የኢትዮጵያ መስመራችን ነው። ይህ ድህረ ገጽ ስለ afrolibsi መረጃ ይሰጣል፣ ሻጭ መሆን የሚፈልጉ እንዲያመለክቱ እና ጎብኚዎች እንዲያገኙን ያስችላል።
2. ይህን ድህረ ገጽ መጠቀም
ይህን ድህረ ገጽ በመጠቀም እነዚህን ውሎች ይቀበላሉ። የሚከተሉትን ላለማድረግ ይስማማሉ፦
- ሐሰተኛ ወይም አሳሳች መረጃ ማስገባት፤
- ድህረ ገጹን ለሕገ-ወጥ ዓላማ መጠቀም፤
- ድህረ ገጹን ወይም ቅጾቹን ለማወክ ወይም ለማስተጓጎል መሞከር።
3. የሻጭ ማመልከቻዎች
- ማመልከት ነጻ ነው። ማመልከቻ ማስገባት በሁለቱም በኩል ግዴታ አይፈጥርም።
- የሚያቀርቡት መረጃ ሁሉ እውነተኛና ትክክለኛ መሆን አለበት።
- ማመልከቻዎችን በጥንቃቄ እንገመግማለን፤ የተወሰኑ ሻጮችን ብቻ እንቀበላለን። ምክንያት ሳንሰጥ ማመልከቻን ልንቀበል እንችላለን።
- በማመልከትዎ፣ በሰጡት ስልክ ቁጥር (WhatsApp ጨምሮ) እና ኢሜይል ስለ ማመልከቻዎ ልናገኝዎት እንደምንችል ይስማማሉ።
- ከተቀበሉ፣ በ afrolibsi ላይ መሸጥ በተለየ የሻጭ ስምምነት ይተዳደራል።
4. በዚህ ድህረ ገጽ ላይ ግብይት የለም
ይህ ድህረ ገጽ በአሁኑ ጊዜ ግዢ፣ ሽያጭ ወይም ክፍያ አያካሂድም። ወደፊት በ afrolibsi፣ በሻጮች እና በገዢዎች መካከል የሚደረጉ ግብይቶች በራሳቸው ውሎች ይተዳደራሉ።
5. አእምሯዊ ንብረት
የ afrolibsi ስም፣ አርማ፣ ዲዛይን እና የዚህ ድህረ ገጽ ይዘት የ afrolibsi ናቸው። ያለ ፈቃዳችን እባክዎ አይቅዱ ወይም እንደገና አይጠቀሙ።
6. ማስተባበያ
ይህ ድህረ ገጽ "እንዳለ" ቀርቧል። ሕግ በሚፈቅደው መጠን፣ ስለ ድህረ ገጹ መገኘት ወይም ትክክለኛነት ዋስትና አንሰጥም፤ ከአጠቃቀሙ ለሚነሱ ጉዳቶችም ተጠያቂ አይደለንም።
7. ለውጦች
እነዚህን ውሎች ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ ልናዘምን እንችላለን። ከላይ ያለው የፀና ቀን የቅርብ ጊዜውን እትም ያሳያል። ድህረ ገጹን መጠቀም መቀጠል የተዘመኑትን ውሎች መቀበል ነው።
